If I have a problem with my order, what can I do?

Since I start confirming my order, how long are my products reserved?


From the moment you confirm the order, we keep the products for 20 minutes. If after those 20 minutes you have not confirmed your payment, we will release the reservation. After this time you may find that some of the products you have purchased are not left.



My payment has failed, what can I do?

First of all, write down the order number that we give you. It is necessary to have it to perform any checks. If the payment has failed, they should not charge any amount to your account. If they have still loaded something in your account, contact us at the e-mail: info@dondinojuguetes.es



I have received a shipping confirmation for part of my order, why?

So that you can have your order as soon as possible, we have sent you an advance, the rest has been delayed a bit, but you will receive the other toys immediately.



I have a discount code, when can I apply it?

The conditions of the discount code are detailed in the communication that we have sent you, check the deadline so that you do not miss it.



I have received an order confirmation, when will you send it?

You will receive your order within approximately 48 hours of leaving our warehouse (Monday to Friday and on business days). In the case of the Balearic Islands, it will be approximately 72 hours from the warehouse exit.



What if I am not at home when my order arrives?

Do not worry if you are not at home on the day your package is delivered, the carrier will contact you by phone to make a second appointment.


But we advise that there is always someone at the address where we deliver your toys. If you are not going to be home you can always put the address of work, a relative, neighbor, etc.
