Can I return my order?
At Don Dino we work so that our customers are fully satisfied with their shopping experience and products, for that reason, if you want to make a change or return the purchased item, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
During the Christmas campaign, the return period for all purchases made from November 1 will be extended until January 20.
How do I manage my return?
In the case of wanting to return an item from your order, you should contact Don Dino Juguetes through the WhatsApp company account at number 663013839 or through our e-mail info@dondinojuguetes.es. In both cases, you must indicate your order number and the reason for your return.
I have made a purchase, but I no longer want it
Don Dino offers solutions so that the client feels satisfied. In this case, if the shipment has not been made, we cancel the order on time at no cost. In the event that the shipment has already been made, the customer must bear the shipping and return costs. Therefore, these shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
I have received the order but I no longer want it
The user / client must return the products through a courier company of their choice.
The returned item must be sent with the original packaging and labeling, attaching the purchase delivery note, and the correctly completed withdrawal form.
Once the item is received at our facilities, we will proceed to refund the amount of the item. No of shipping costs.
I have received a damaged, defective or wrong item
If the return or exchange is due to an error made on our part, when you contact us, we will indicate the way to proceed, through an order to collect the product at your home. Once we have received it, we will send you the correct product. In the event that we do not have more stock of the product, we will pay you the total amount received from you.
Costumes are a special case!
The articles within the costume category cannot be returned, except for those occasions in which, due to Don Dino's error, there has been an error in the delivery, or in the preparation of the order. In the case of return by mistake by Don Dino, the item must be closed and keeping the original packaging.
